Our aim in opening the Cooking School is to provide
students and Chefs alike with a unique opportunity not
offered anywhere else.

 Our courses are offered in the evening so that after our
class has finished, we sit down and enjoy the complete meal
that we have made together. It is our hope that we can
teach anyone who is even remotely interested in cooking to
be able to successfully put tasty, well-prepared food on
their table

Cost: Cost is $50 per person at time of class. Does not
include tax, gratuity or wine

This Months recipe

Roast Chicken
Then success of this recipe depends on:
  • a fresh 2 3/4 pound chicken
  • 500 degree oven. The hotter the better
  • Don't season the chicken until the last moment before going into the oven
  • tying the chicken so that it cooks in one piece
  • You will need
  • One 2 3/4 pound chicken
  • 2 small handfuls of coarse kosher salt
  • two lemon wedges
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
Cut the tips of the wings of the chicken and put the salt, lemon and fresh herbs inside the cavity. Tie the chicken so that
the whole chicken is closed into one mass. Put in a 500 degree oven and cook until the skin is golden and the juices run
clear when the chicken is tipped forward
